On October 25, the press conference for the movie "Hyung" starring Jo Jung Suk, Park Shin Hye, and EXO's D.O. was held and the idol shared his thoughts on how he feels being a singer and actor at the same time, Allkpop reported.

The idol-actor reportedly said, "I think the difficulty is where I have to simultaneously be a singer and actor. It was not easy to be a singer on stage overseas and then return to my character for the movie. But I think it is something that I need to overcome. EXO members also tend to cheer me on. It is not that they give me advice, but all of them have some experience in acting so they understand and that gives me support."

D.O. also stated that he got close with the other stars of the movie, especially to his "hyung," actor Jo Jung Suk. He said, "He is always serious and relaxed, but when he acts, he is humorous and flexible. I want to resemble him."

Jo Jung Suk then complimented his "dongsaeng" D.O. saying that he now sees the idol as a good actor. He commented, "I met D.O. and Park Shin Hye for the first time for the movie, but I had high expectations even before the filming. I was impressed with D.O. in the movie 'Cart.' He had good concentration and did a good job acting. Before that movie, I only thought of him as an EXO member, but I changed my mind after watching 'Cart.' There are many multi-talented entertainers but to me, D.O. feels like an actor. He has a strong presence, so I learned a lot from him."

To this, the young singer replied, " I watched all of his previous works and thought that I wanted to work with him. While I was hoping to meet him in the same piece, I luckily got to work with him in 'Hyung.' I learned a lot from him while filming."

The movie opens on November 30.
