Block B's Zico Responds About Break-Up With AOA's Seolhyun

Block B member Zico and AOA member Seolhyun have broken up after a month of confirmation of their relationship to the public in August.

On September 27, DongA, which is a news website in South Korea, confirmed that the couple already broke up after 6 months of dating. Some of the reasons why the couple ended their relationship due to the extreme pressure they felt after the public announcement of their relationship.

Both of the K-pop idols' agencies confirmed the issue. Seven Seasons, which is Zico's agency confirmed that their relationship has ended through a phone call with the Yonhap News Agency.

"The two have decided to part ways. The breakup was due to personal reasons. I can't elaborate on the specifics because it's a matter of the stars' privacy," an official from Seven Seasons said.

Moreover, FNC Entertainment which is Seol-hyun's agency also confirmed the separation.

"The two have felt a lot of pressure from the public's attention on them after their dating news spread. Moreover, they have naturally become estranged due to busy schedules," FNC Entertainment said.

In August, the two idols had revealed their relationship after many speculations from the public. The couple said that they have been dating since March after they become attached to each other and overcoming obstacles as a K-pop idol together.

Furthermore, few hours after the confirmation of Zico and Seolhyun's break-up, Block B's Zico responded about the confirmation of their break-up through a post in his official Instagram account saying ""Here it is. Check out my Soundcloud. #itwaslove #instrumental #freedownload." The update of Zico is about the new release of instrumental track entitled "It Was Love". The track covers also caught the attention of fans because it portrays a couple separating from each other.
