Trump To Enact ‘Extreme Vetting’ of Immigrants to US

The Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said that he would enact "extreme vetting" of immigrants to the United States.

Trump narrated and explained his plans to conquer Islamic extremism which includes a new screening test for the arrivals to the US during his speech in Ohio.

Applicants will undergo tests to know if they share Western liberal values like LGBT and other religious tolerance.

However, Hillary Clinton, the democratic presidential nominee, criticized and scorn Trump's plan and called it as "cynical ploy". "This so-called policy cannot be taken seriously," Clinton's spokesman said.

Based on Donald Trump's plan, the citizens from other countries that have a history of terror will be banned in the US but Trump did not clarify from which nations.

During his speech, Trump did not briefly explain his own military strategy for conquering the so-called Islamic State. He just pointed out his claim that he opposed to the Iraq War before it began. However, fact checkers said that this claim of Trump is not true.

During his speech, Trump promised to make ties with all countries that are against terrorism, to introduce a new test for new immigrants going to US, to keep the Guantanamo Bay prison open, to ban immigration from countries where terrorism is huge and vetting is poor, to work with Nato despite of him previously calling it as "obsolete", and lastly, to establish a presidential commission that will investigate the Islamic terror.

Creating ideological test for new immigrants entering US and questioning how each applicant views American values in terms of gender equality, gay rights, and religious freedom is one of the latest proposal discussed by Trump.

"Those who do not believe in our Constitution, or who support bigotry and hatred, will not be admitted for immigration into the country," Trump said.
