Louis Tomlinson's rumored ex-girlfriend Briana Jungwirth has called out the alleged unfair treatment she received while bearing the former Directioner's baby.

This came out as a photo of the singer smoking outside a bar emerged. This led to fans wondering whether Tomlinson is spending less time with his baby.

A Daily Mail article showed a photo of Louis Tomlinson, sans baby and ex-girlfriend, smoking and hanging out outside a bar, barely two months after the child was born last January.

"He's gained a major new responsibility this year after welcoming his baby boy in January.
And as he makes the most of a hiatus from his chart-topping band One Direction, Louis Tomlinson was seen enjoying some time with pals on Thursday," the site said.

"The 24-year-old puffed on a cigarette and chatted with his friends outside a coffee shop near his Los Angeles home."

However, one has to cut Louis Tomlinson a little slack, as he and former girlfriend Briana Jungwirth were reportedly in "bitter custody battle over his son Freddie, who was born on January 21, while also coping with the sad news of his grandfather's death."

The exes have reportedly amicably settled the custody dispute.

However, Briana Jungwirth reportedly stipulated that Louis Tomlinson's current girlfriend Danielle Campbell must not be with the baby, according to the Parent Herald.

"Briana is concerned about another woman interacting with her child and interfering with the 'critical bonding period' between mother and son," the Daily Mail also said.

Briana was reportedly met with online abuse during their ordeal with the baby, according to The Independent.

"Since news broke of her pregnancy, she has been the target of online abuse including bizarre accusations by some One Direction fans that her pregnancy and baby were 'faked,'" the site said.
