Ronda Rousey given advice by the last person she expects to get it from, Holly Holm

There is no Holly Holm- Ronda Rousey fight rematch for now.

What they leave their fans curious about is their comments and state of mind after their clash last November. It does not really look good for the latter.

The biggest revelation so far is from Rousey who said she thought of killing herself after the stinging loss.

Holm does not want to sympathize with her 27-year old opponent but she has some advice for her.

"I don't want to sit here and say 'I'm so sorry,'" Holm told MMA Fighting. "You don't want sympathy from the person who created this, because I know that's probably frustrating. I do want to say that I really think it's definitely a good thing to always surround yourself with the best people, people who care about you."

The Holly Holm- Ronda Rousey fight took place in November. This saw one of the swiftest and most shocking knockout in UFC history. Holm, the underdog in the match, knocked Rousey out in the second round with a head kick to end her three-year reign and give her first career loss.

Holm said Rousey should just suck it all up and face the fact that she lost, just like how she did it during the low points of her boxing career.

"For me, I got knocked out, and I got stitched up and I went to the press conference that night," she added. "I told myself, 'I need to face this right now.' The longer I wait to face it, I have to face it no matter what, let's do this now."

Holly Holm- Ronda Rousey fight rematch won't happen for now as the former is set to fight Miesha Tate next week at the UFC 196 event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

It is believed that the winner of this match will fight Ronda Rousey who is still recovering from her first ever loss.
