Benedict Cumberbatch recently narrated his exceptional experience being the lead character in the upcoming Marvel movie "Doctor Strange."

The 39-year-old English actor revealed that he is currently enjoying filming the lead character for his upcoming superhero flick, which has allowed him to explore his physical strengths.

"There's a huge amount of physicality," Benedict Cumberbatch told Entertainment Weekly.

"His hands are no longer capable of the fine skill needed for delicate surgery but physically he's still strong. There's a lot of running. There's a lot of craziness: falling, flying, jumping, fighting, punching and getting punched. It's really rough and tumble."

Further, the "Sherlock" actor revealed the challenges he is currently facing in order to portray the lead character in the upcoming "Doctor Strange" movie.

Cumberbatch said that he is still naïve and learning the act of spell casting, which according to him is the hardest part in the new movie.

"I'm thinking, there's going to be a huge amount of speculation and intrigue over the positioning of that finger as opposed to it being there, or there," he revealed as reported by Design & Trend.

The "Sherlock Holmes" star said that he is still trying to figure out how to carry out the physical and mental requirements for his character in the upcoming movie.

Meanwhile, the upcoming Marvel movie is being filmed in Kathmandu, Hong Kong and London, Movie News Guide revealed.

The movie will feature Rachel McAdams as the surgeon and Doctor Stephen Strange's love interest. Tilda Swinton and Chiwetel Ejiofor will also be seen in major roles in the upcoming movie.

In addition to the upcoming superhero movie, Benedict Cumberbatch will also be a voice artist for the documentary film titled "Naples 44."

Also, he will start shooting for the next installment in the "Sherlock" series after the completion of his current movie projects.

The "Doctor Strange" movie is set to be released on Nov.4, 2016.
