Will Smith Regrents Being Lenient With Son, Now Forbids Jaden Smith To Wear Dress?

Will Smith's son, Jaden Smith, is making a name for himself in the entertainment industry. Aside from his talents, the young actor is also gaining attention because of wearing a garment not usually worn by boys his age - dress.

There are rumors that Will Smith may not be as approving as he once was when it comes to his son's wardrobe.

"Then I was like, 'OK. You cannot wear a skirt.' He said to me, 'Dad, it's fine. It's going to be so hot all the kids will be wearing it,'" the actor told News.com.au. "I said, 'No, the kids are not going to do it because their parents will have sense enough to not let them do it.' But he's confident in who he is and who he wants to be."

According to previous reports last year, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were not alarmed that their son Jaden likes wearing dresses.

"They are both on board when it comes to Jaden's fashion choices," a source previously told Hollywood Life. "They are so used to it by now that it doesn't bother them at all. They like his choices and think he looks pretty cool."

The previous report claimed that the couple supports Jaden's individuality and unique style, even if it may be unconventional.

"Jaden has worn so many different clothes geared for girls that Willow borrows stuff from his closet. It is completely a fashion choice and nothing more. Jaden will continue wearing dresses and girls clothing for a very long time, if not forever!"

Yahoo! Celebrity says Will Smith recently bragged that Jaden is purportedly "not a slave to money," and that he only has three pair of pants, five shirts, and one pair of shoes.

Most fans may find it weird that Will Smith's son wears dresses. However, some believe that Jaden Smith's androgynous outfits could probably catch on, making the 17-year-old actor possibly the next trend setter to watch out for.
