Ciara And Future’s Relationship Getting ‘ Uglier’ Amid ‘I Bet’ Singer’s Fight For Their Baby?
Ciara and Future's relationship has been predicted to become "uglier" after speculations that the latter is filing a counter charge against the former.
"Bottom line: it's a safe bet this is gonna get much uglier," TMZ wrote while referencing to its sources' claim.
It can be noted that Ciara is reportedly suing Future for $15 million for libel and slander, something which he allegedly thought as "absurd."
"Sources close to Future tell TMZ, the rapper thinks it's absurd his baby mama filed the slander suit, since she's talked plenty of trash on him," the outlet revealed relative to Ciara's complaint, who shares a 21-month-old son with the rapper. "We're told he believes Exhibit A is her 2015 platinum selling hit, 'I Bet.'"
Accordingly, the 32-year-old hip hop artist could have sued the 30-year-old fashion model and singer over the lyrics of her song, with lines that go: "You know that it hurts your pride but you thought the grass was greener on the other side. I bet you start loving me as soon as I start loving someone else. Somebody better than you."
While the "Pluto" artist decided not to file a case then since he "didn't want to be petty," the scenario appeared to be different now.
"As for whether he fires back with a lawsuit now -- we're told he's considering it, but hasn't seen Ciara's docs yet," TMZ said of Future's possible decision. "His team claims the process server at LAX failed to deliver."
In the meantime, People reported that based on the documents which they got hold of, the "Get Up" singer cited "several interviews in which Future, 32, accused her of using their child in publicity stunts and claims he's had at least 19 visitations with baby Future" amid the rapper's claim via Twitter that "his ex was withholding their son from him."
According to an insider, Ciara "just wants what's best for her and her baby" with Future.
