Based on the opinion published by Games Radar, it was noted that the death of the well-loved character must already happen. 

It was claimed that such scenario should already take place "Not out of loyalty to the comics, and not because he deserves it. But because we do."

The report's author, Gem Seddon, pointed out that by not faking Glenn's death anymore, the AMC series would regain his faith amid the fact that he does not have anything against him.

"If there's a way to restore my faith in this series, the former delivery boy needs to meet his end in this final batch of season six episodes," he stated.

The outlet's writer further narrated in his opinion about "The Walking Dead" season 6 that "Glenn might have escaped the cockadoodie alleyway, but with Negan on the horizon, I hope he doesn't escape the wrath of Lucille," a barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat.

Meanwhile, it was explained that Glenn's death in "The Walking Dead" season 6 appeared to be inevitable since he "was specifically targeted on account of what happens to him in the comics: he's senselessly slaughtered by season six's upcoming villain."

In the meantime, the Inquisitr's recent "The Walking Dead" season 6 spoilers hinted that when the show airs back on Feb. 14, death is expected to happen. 

With episode 9 carrying the title "No Way Out," it was interpreted that "major characters and communities are about to both fall and triumph."

On the other hand, ComingSoon.net's "The Walking Dead" season 6 spoilers claimed that a "sick" is about to unfold, as teased by cast members Andrew Lincoln (Rick) and Lauren Cohan (Maggie) in a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly.
