US Restaurant Chain Noodles & Company Adds Korean BBQ Meatballs With Gochujang Sauce To Menu

Noodles & Company held an Asian exploration on Feb. 10 with guests to celebrate a new tradition, the Noodles New Year, honouring diverse cultures, traditions and culinary treasures from all over Asia.

Last Month, the restaurant introduced a new Asian-inspired Korean BBQ meatballs with gochujang sauce and other popular items such as Japanese pan noodles and pad thai, Yahoo News reported.

According to Globe Newswire, the restaurant chain is elevating their globally-inspired menu with the introduction of its new Korean BBQ Meatballs with sweet and spicy Gochujang sauce.

Gochujang is a savory, spicy, and pungent fermented Korean condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt and emphasized today not only as a seasoning but also as a nutritional supplement.

The Company has also partnered with TV Host and Food Blogger, Chef Katie Chin to spark dialogues about making Asian cooking easy and simple to everyone.

Noodles & Company, a fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Broomfield, Colo.  was founded in 1995 by Aaron Kennedy. It serves international noodle and pasta dishes, salads, soups and sandwiches.

According to the company's website, they pride themselves on recreating recipes from arund the world without the use of proessed ingredients.
