World's first ever 4k smartphone, Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, has been the talk of the town because of its admirable features. Reports suggested that the said phone is already ready for Android 6.0 Marshmallow update and that there are features that will still surprise its consumers.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium was launched out-of-the-box with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop software. Many of its users are asking when will be available for Android 6.0 update. Reports said that Sony developers are finalizing things for it to be Marshmallow ready.

According to Gadgets 360, Sony Xperia Z5 has already been receiving OTA firmware updates for handsets in Turkey. The report said that Sony Xperia Turkey posted on its Facebook page that it is still working for the Xperia Z5 Compact and the Xperia Z5 premium models are to be ready for update.

Sony is still unable to officially confirm the rollout out details for the update. The company's web support page still shows Android 5.1 Lollipop as the latest OS version for the Xperia Z5 Premium.

Meanwhile, TNH Online reported that there are fascinating things about Xperia Z5 Premium that could still be undiscovered by its consumers. Since the said phone is premium, it has been navigated to have enhanced photography and longer battery life.

The smartphone is stacked with a 23MP lens camera setup with an optical image stabilization for users to get the best shots without any blurs. There is a SteadyShot option not only for photography but for its 4K video mode as well. With all these, consumers are assured of great photography from Sony's 2015 smartphone flagship.

Users of the said phone will be able also to enjoy a longer battery life when they set the phone to its Stamina Mode. It is also reported that this will even get better if the owner has the latest version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow on gizmo, as Sony claims that it adds up to 400 percent of battery life.

Although users of the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium are delighted of what the phone has in store, consumers still wanted for Sony to expedite things regarding updates so they won't be left behind in terms of technology.
