John Krasinski Calls Emily Blunt ‘Amazing Mother’; Shares Joy On Being Baby Hazel’s Dad

A doting father and a husband, John Krasinski recently opened up about his British wife, Emily Blunt, and baby Hazel.

Krasinski revealed that Blunt is such an amazing mother after their daughter came into their lives. He also shared the joy of parenting the "adorable" Hazel.

"The Office" actor admitted that he is witnessing a totally new side of Blunt after child birth.

"She is the best mom that I could ever imagine," said Krasinski, as reported by The Record.

"When you become a mother, you show a whole new side of yourself - and for Emily, that happened immediately. The exact moment our daughter arrived, she turned into this unbelievably caring and loving mother and I learn from her about parenthood every day," he added.

John Krasinski shared couple of interesting moments he and Emily Blunt had with baby Hazel, who turns two this Feb. 16.

The 36-year-old actor revealed experiencing funny language barriers while communicating with the toddler.

While in UK, the laughing and cheerful man in red suit is often referred to as Father Christmas. In the US, he is known as Santa Claus. This disparity allegedly caused Krasinski to confuse his daughter about Santa Claus during the last festive season, according to TV3.

"Well, she had a big shock before Christmas, because we watch (cartoon) Peppa Pig in our house who talks about Father Christmas," said Krasinski in an interview, as reported by Enstars.

"And then when I came along and called him Santa Claus instead she realized that I was talking about the same person, she got very confused - I think I blew her little brain."

Baby Hazel seems to have taken to her mother's British accent, and her proud parents love to hear her talk. She calls Emily "Mummy" and pronounces water as "wah-tah."

John Krasinski, who is expecting his second baby with wife Emily Blunt this summer, is excited to expand his family.
