Fans and NBA analysts would agree with one another that the rumors circulating around about a trade between the New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks would be interesting to note.

Moreover, Los Angeles Clippers' power forward Blake Griffin was thrown in the mix as well as part of the rumors revolving around a potential Knicks trade of their own superstar Carmelo Anthony.

It was reported by Sports Grid that analysts have speculated that the New York Knicks seem to be dominating the conversation when it comes to NBA trade rumors of acquiring the 27-year old point guard Jeff Teague of the Atlanta Hawks.

The source noted that Knicks will benefit greatly from acquiring the point guard as part of a revolving trio of point guards it currently has in its rosters, which includes promising neophytes Langston Galloway and Jerian Grant, and well known three-point bomber Jose Calderon.

It was also tweeted by NBA analyst and reporter Ian Begley of ESPN that the Knicks were one of the several teams who got in touch with the Atlanta Hawks regarding the trade rumors for point guard Jeff Teague.

Begley also noted how the Knicks needed to be creative in order to acquire Teague, given their limited assists.

"Knicks have limited assets, may have to get creative to land Teague," he wrote on Twitter. "Yahoo! Earlier reported ATL was listening to offers on the PG."

Meanwhile, there has been speculations as well as to how dominant it would be if the New York Knicks were able to acquire Los Angeles Clippers' Blake Griffin along with their blossoming star Kristaps Porzingis as two big and athletic stars controlling the hard court, as reported by NJ.com.

The source noted that although Griffin was not mentioned as a free agent nor available to New York for cash, his name did come up when trade rumors circulated about his acquisition for a swap with Knicks' superstar Carmelo Anthony.

NBA analyst Zach Lowe, as reported by ESPN.Go, went on to share his thoughts about a Griffin-Anthony trade that it would give the Knicks a better triangle post-up.
