'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Star Teresa Giudice On House Arrest, Banned From Alcohol And Wine

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Terese Giudice have spoken and opened up about her served time in prison. The reality star is also banned from drinking all types of alcohol.

Joe and Teresa Giudice have pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud, which made her serve 11 months at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut. She has been given a 15-month sentence while Joe received 41 months of sentence in prison.

According to new reports, Giudice has been working on her tall-all book about her time behind the bars since she has been released. She has been reportedly spending quality time with her husband Joe and their four kids.

"Giudice has been settling back into family life with her husband Joe, who is preparing to serve his own sentence beginning in March, and their four daughters. She is working on a tell-all book about her time in prison," Page Six wrote in a post.

Meanwhile, Giudice cannot enjoy all the same things she used to do before she was jailed. The reality star needs to follow a few house arrest terms.

"Teresa Giudice can't consume any alcohol, at home, not even a glass of wine," an insider claimed, Radar Online quoted in a post.  "She is allowed to go to parties where alcohol will be served, but has to get prior approval from her probation officer. Ahead of attending Melissa Gorga's boutique opening last week, Teresa Giudice informed her probation officer that alcohol would be served. She was given the go-ahead."

It appears like her every move that has a connection to bars, parties, and alcohol needs permission from her probation officer.

"Going to a restaurant that serves booze also requires approval," the source added, Inquisitr quoted. "[Teresa Giudice] doesn't mind it because she is just grateful to be home with the family. The probation officer and Teresa are in constant communication daily. Her schedule is also provided to the official."
