Fans of Chloe Grace Moretz would all agree that was one of the key facets of the movie "Kick-Ass."

As such, news has surfaced around about the young prominent actress giving her thoughts regarding the potentially last installment (as mentioned by creator Mark Millar) to the franchise "Kick-Ass 3."

However, fans who are anticipating the release of "Kick-Ass 3" were not too optimisitic about the reports claiming that actress Chloe Moretz (who portrayed the iconic character Hit Girl) was said to be done with her role in the franchise, as stated by CinemBlend.

"Sadly, I think I'm done with the character," the actress said. "Hit Girl was a very cool character, but I don't think there will be any more movies."

"You make these movies for the fanboys, but nowadays everyone seems to pirate them rather than watch them in the movie theater. 'Kick-Ass 2' was one of the number one pirated movies of the year, but that doesn't help us because we need box office figures."

Apparently, Moretz believed that the amount of piracy from the two previous installments made it impossible for a "Kick-Ass 3" movie to ever happen.

"We need to prove to the distributors that we can make money from a third and fourth movie - but because it didn't do so well, we can't make another one."

However, the source noted in an interview that Matthew Vaughn, who directed the first "Kick-Ass" movie, has plans to win the hearts of the fan base by coming up with a prequel for a Hit-Girl standalone film.

"We are working on an idea for a prequel of how did Hit Girl and Big Daddy become Hit Girl and Big Daddy," the acclaimed director said during a Yahoo Movies press event. "If we make that, hopefully, that will be the sorbet for the people that did not like 'Kick-Ass 2' and then we can go off and make 'Kick-Ass 3.'"

"I think we have got to do this prequel to regain the love that we had with 'Kick-Ass.'"

Moreover, it was recently reported that creator Mark Millar has stated that "Kick-Ass 3" will be the final installment to the franchise as claimed by The Guardian.

"It's the conclusion of the Dave Lizewski story," Millar stated. "I'm almost done, I've nearly finished the book."

"It's the end. It's weird. My agent keeps saying to me, 'We're making a lot of money here. Let's do Kick-Ass 4 and 5.' But I said, 'No, I've got to stay true to my principles.'"
