‘The Walking Dead’ Fans Must Prepare For ‘Atomic Bomb,’ 2 Terrors! Is Glenn’s Death Part Of It?
"The Walking Dead" fans have been told to be prepared as an "atomic bomb" is about to be dropped as Glenn and other cast members are coming back for the series' season 6 on Feb. 14.
As revealed by Entertainment Weekly, the comic book writer, Robert Kirkman, hinted that Negan's arrival "will be like an 'atomic bomb.'"
According to him, "the casting of Jeffrey Dean Morgan to play him is perfect."
Based on the outlet's discussion with Kirkman, who is also the show's executive producer, another character that its fans must look forward to is Jesus, "a bearded survivor (played by British actor Tom Payne) with ninja-like fighting skills who comes from another nearby community known as the Hilltop and could be a potential ally for the Alexandrians."
Meanwhile, in a separate report, Entertainment Weekly elaborated that Negan's coming "will change things permanently, and not for the better," according to Kirkman. Will he be responsible for Glenn's death, as stated by some "The Walking Dead" season 6 spoilers?
"It keeps things interesting - keeps the blood pumping, I like to say - but Negan is kind of an atomic bomb that's going to be dropped on the show and the show will probably never be the same after that," Kirkman said. "So buckle up, I guess?"
If the AMC series will adopt the real scenario in the comic book, spoilers claimed that Negan will be the one who will eventually kill Glenn and will also be responsible in poisoning Maggie, E! Online disclosed.
It can be recalled that on "Talking Dead," Scott Gimple gave out a statement which suggested that they "will be wooing you with the weirdest of Valentine's Day gifts: Chaos, terror, heartbreak, heroics, tragedy, and terror."
With "The Walking Dead" boss explicitly saying that the upcoming season 6 will see "two terrors" unfolding, does it mean that the death of Glenn, who is a well-loved character, will finally happen this time?
