Latest rumors claim that the first "Call of Duty: Black Ops" title will be heading to Xbox One backwards compatible games list.

Allegedly, an Xbox One user in Spain was able to download Annihilation: Pack 3 DLC on Xbox One Store. With that being said, players might see an imminent inclusion of the title on the games' list of Xbox 360 titles playable on Xbox One, Slash Gear reported.

So far, the only way players can access the title on Xbox One is through backwards compatibility feature as Activision has already confirmed that it will not release a remastered version of "Call of Duty: Black Ops," according to Tech Times.

Speaking of the said feature, Xbox One recently added ten new titles to the list of backward compatible games.

The titles include "Aegis Wing," "Age of Booty," "Counter-Strike: GO," "Jeremy McGrath's Offroad," "Sam & Max Save the World," "Skullgirls," "Small Arms," "Soulcalibur," "Space Giraffe" and "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings."

Microsoft announced that it will add more games to the list when they are ready instead of a monthly basis announcement. The new system is applicable to January's lineup.

"Based on your feedback, the Xbox Engineering team will start to pilot a new way to launch Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles," Microsoft said in a blogpost.

"Starting today, we'll release titles as they become available, rather than a set monthly launch date. What this means for you is that you won't have to wait to find out the latest titles; we'll release whatever is available, when they're available, once each title has received the engineering and publisher stamp of approval."

Going by on the list, "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings" by CD Projeckt RED also supports the aforementioned feature. It is also free for Gold and Silver Xbox Live members until Feb. 5.
