The remaining three members of Ladies' Code are keeping their heads up as they move on to a new chapter in their lives with a comeback album in the works.

Polaris Entertainment delivered the news that Sojung, Ashley and Zuny are currently working on an album that is slated to be released at the end of February this year. The company also relayed that the group will not be drafting new members to fill the spots of members RiSe and EunB, who died in a terrible vehicular accident in 2014, Korea Times reported.

According to Hello K-Pop the accident that took place on the night of Sep. 3, 2014. The members of Ladies' Code and their staff were driving back to Seoul from a schedule in Daegu when the rear tire of their van suddenly fell out and led to the crash.

Member EunB died on the spot due to brain damage. Four days later and after having undergone multiple surgeries, RiSe was reported to have passed away. The car accident was regarded as one of the most tragic news in K-Pop and has prompted the probe on cases of managers driving beyond speed limits to reach scheduled shows.

Following the accident, fans granted EunB's last wish to have at least one of Ladies' Code's songs reach number one. Just a week after, their ballad "I'm Fine Thank You" rose to the topmost spots of nine real-time domestic charts.

The song is dedicated to the members they have lost, and the trio performed it during a memorial concert held in Tokyo, Japan on Aug. 22 where Korean-Japanese member RiSe was cremated.
