Kim Kardashian's Birth To Saint West Gave Star An 'Unregonizable' Face; Surgery Gone Bad?

Reality star Kim Kardashian has been off the gird lately, specifically since she gave birth to son Saint West early last month. However, fans are shocked when she appeared on a photo together with her sister Kourtney's on Instagram on Sunday (Jan. 24); they thought her look was "unrecognizable." Is it a case of surgery gone bad?

Kanye West's wife is lucky enough to have her figure back even just after weeks of giving birth to her second child. But fans are more concerned and even commented on her face that has become not her anymore.

The said photo which was uploaded on Kourtney Kardashian's Instagram account, shows the two sisters all clad in black with a caption that says "Studio hoes. #SWISH."

A lot of fans made speculations that her new look is not an effect of giving birth but she may have had some job done while she was gone incognito from the public's eye. "What's up with Kim's face?" wrote a netizen.

A lot has also gave into consideration that her current look is due to Botox or fillers, according to International Business Times. "Post Botox Kimmyyyy?????" a commenter wrote.

While others were speculating that it wasn't even the "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star who's on the photo, many pointed out that it could only be plastic surgery/enhancement to be blamed from Kim's puffy look.

"She looks so weird! Oh my poor girl.... plastic surgery gone too far?!" one of the commenters said.

The voluptuous Kim Kardashian has yet to upload more photos of her since giving birth to Saint on Dec. 5 but, as of now, she's uploading throwback photos of her on her website. According to Daily Star, it has been rumored that the businesswoman used fillers while pregnant, but she has not made any comments regarding the issue as well as on post-baby work.
