Jon Jones Seen With Better Physique For His Next UFC Fight; Promises To Win The Battle

Fight fans and mixed martial arts enthusiasts are more than intrigued on what is on the latest slate for UFC fighter Jon Jones and his next fight.

It was recently reported that Jon Jones' physique has been described as a newfound bulk and that the acclaimed fighter, "Bones," seemed to have developed his legs more as depicted in a YouTube video.

Moreover, Jon Jones took to Twitter to post a picture of himself comparing his off season physique back in 2013 with that of his current stature.

"Offseason 2013 vs. offseason 2015," the caption read. "Five more months to prepare for this win. I'll be sure to be at my best for April 23." 

In addition, it was reported by CBS Sports that fans can expect Jon Jones to be placed in his next fight in UFC against light heavyweight Daniel Cormier. 

As for Jon Jones' return to the sport and his next fight, UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta issued a statement regarding the opportunity given to the fighter to compete again in the industry.

"We've made it clear to Jon that this new opportunity to compete in UFC is a privilege and not a right, and that there are significant expectations we have regarding his conduct moving forward," Fertitta said as reported by MMA Fightning . "We're happy to read and see reports that he has embraced the terms of his plea agreement and is using this experience to grow and develop as a person."

The source also revealed that Jon Jones went on to his Facebook page to show his gratitude regarding his reinstatement.

"I am grateful for the opportunity to resume my career and I am excited to show how much I've grown as a person outside of the octagon," Jones posted on his Facebook page. "It took me losing almost everything I had worked for to realize how much I had."

"I am blessed and humbled by the continued support of the MMA community and I can't thank my fans enough for their unwavering support through my ups and downs. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in my life and my career and let me assure you, the best is yet to come."
