Are Vanessa Hudgens And Zac Efron Still Not In Good Terms? Ex-Couple Not Celebrating "HSM" Reunion Together!
Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron rose into popularity when they first starred in the movie "High School Musical" which became a commercial success worldwide. However, the ex couple have no interest in commemorating the film's 10th anniversary in the same place.
The pair haven't been communicating ever since they split up back in 2010. Truth be told, the 27-year-old actress boldly stated that she won't be joining the Jan. 20 "High School Musical" reunion if the 28-year-old actor, is going to show up.
The said reunion special happened on Wednesday and Efron was noticeably absent so he made a video message instead, according to Crushable. In the video, the "Neighbors" star apologized for not making it to the reunion and that he had a wonderful time making the movie together with the team.
Wih Zac Efron's absence, Vanessa Hudgens and the other casts of "High School Musical were "all in this together," according to Teen Vogue. The casts who made it to the special which was shown in Disney Channel were Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman and Lucas Gabriel. In the said special, audition tapes were released, showcasing their talent for singing and acting 10 years ago.
But it's all clear to see that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens may still not be in good terms with each other. "Vanessa and Zac are on bad terms and they don't want to see each other. Things would be awkward and there would be a lot of issues that would come up and they wouldn't feel comfortable faking it in front of cameras," according to a source who told Hollywood Life. "They had a horrible breakup and she really doesn't want to hear his name let alone be in the same room with him. To say she was relieved he wasn't there is an understatement. She probably wouldn't have done it had he confirmed showing up for it."
