In a post written on People, supermodel Stephanie Seymour was arrested on Friday night due to allegations of driving under the influence. The said incident is based on a State Police spokesman in Connecticut.

According to the reports about the rumpus, the 47-year-old supermodel allegedly got involved in an accident while driving in Greenwich, Connecticut. A police spokesman tells People that Seymour stopped her Land Rover then put her mobile in reverse while being at the end of an off-ramp from Interstate 95. The motion caused a collision with a Mercedez Benz. The arrest report claims that Seymour's Land Rover was on the side when they arrived the scene.

In addition, the arrest report also claims that a "strong odor of an alcoholic beverage" was emitting from Stephanie Seymour's mouth while she spoke, hence, she got arrested by the police.

"After six or seven requests for her license, registration and insurance, she finally was able to fumble through her purse, as she handed over her Connecticut driver's license, along with a credit card," the officer wrote in the report.

According to CNN, the officer also noticed that Seymour was having a hard time walking a straight line and appeared to have bloodshot eyes. She also refused to take all the tests according to the report. She was eventually charged with "drinking under influence" as well as "unsafe backing."

The model was eventually released from jail on a $500 bond and has to appear in Stamford Superior Court which is scheduled in early February. CNN tried to contact the model to allegedly ask her about the incident that she got in for "driving under the influence," but she hasn't answered as of writing and information for her lawyer wasn't available at the moment.
