It was previously reported that "Mob Wives" star Angela "Big Ang" Raiola's cancer came back last month and it looks like the reality star is taking the news in stride.

According to Life & Style Weekly, Neil Murphy's wife is starting chemotherapy again after finding out that her sickness had come back.

However, it seems that she's not letting that bump in the road stop her from living her life.

The publication further reported that because of the treatments, Big Ang decided to cut off a lot of her hair, debuting it during the premiere of the show's sixth season. According to SI Live, she joined her reality show sisters at The Funky Monkey in Staten Island for a viewing party of the season's first episode.

"It feels great to have so many people here," she said, as she's surrounded by friends, family and avid fans. "If it wasn't for my fans, the show never would have made it this far."

The site further stated that the show will focus on Ang's cancer in this final season of "Mob Wives."

"Although the topic is depressing, the way that we covered it, a lot of people who have been through this will identify with it," the show's producer, Jennifer Graziano shared.

However, focusing on Big Ang's cancer in "Mob Wives" reportedly is more than just bringing in more viewers for the show.

"She wanted to do whatever she could do to shed light on it and get people to understand it better," the show creator continued. "There's nothing fake about it. Those are real emotions."

Furthermore, Big Ang finally opened up about her recent health problem in an interview.

"I think it's time I just do Angela, it's time for me to worry about Angela," the New York native recently told Radar Online in an interview. "Instead of taking care of everybody, I am taking care of myself."

She added that instead of worrying about her cancer, she's focusing on her kids, her grandchildren, and "and staying healthy so I could see them grow up."

She also shared a clip of her doctor on Twitter telling her that she had to drastically change her life in order to beat the cancer.

"Tonight reality sets in... I get the news nobody wants to hear,"  she captioned the video. "I was nervous but am sharing this journey w/ you."

Fans can watch "Mob Wives" and Big Ang on VH1 every Wednesday.
