Pia Wurtzbach Latest News: Miss Universe Guests At 'Steve Harvey Show'

The latest news for Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, is that together with Miss Universe 2015 1st Runner Up, Colombia's Ariadna Gutierrez, they are to appear at the "Steve Harvey Show," this according to E! Online.

The daytime talk show host is still getting a lot of criticism for the flub he had done at the Miss Universe in December, where he announced the wrong winner, Gutierrez, only to eventually call Miss Philippines, Wurtzbach, as the actual winner minutes after. His mistake went viral in an instant and, ever since, he has been very apologetic about the whole fiasco.

According to latest news, Steve Harvery will have both Ariadna Gutierrez and Pia Wurtzbach on his show in a two-part series airing Monday and Tuesday. In the promotional teaser, Harvey admits that he has a hard time sleeping over the ordeal.

"This has caused a lot of sleepless nights for me," Steve Harvey says on the teaser. "I didn't do any interviews until I could talk to the two people who were affected the most, Pia and Ariadna. No matter how tough it was for me, I can't imagine how it was for these two women. This finally gives me a chance to have a moment of closure."

In other latest news, Pia Wurtzbach sat down and talked to Philippine Daily Inquirer for an interview. They talked about substance and sincerity to be a beauty queen.

""You can be blessed with a beautiful face, a beautiful body and have the confidence to match, but then what?" Wurtzbach said. "There are many girls who are like that. But what about the substance-do you care about other people?"

"Because in Miss Universe, you have to be a spokesperson and you're the image of the brand, what the organization is all about. You can't fake that for a year! That's exhausting."
