United Nations condemned the ongoing violence in Myanmar as the Military took over the government. There could be at least 149 deaths and hundreds had disappeared as protesters demand the return of their democracy.

Chinese workers in Chinese-owned factories in Myanmar were reportedly trapped and injured after being set ablaze by the alleged protesters. This came after anti-coup groups condemned China for accordingly not making strong steps to stop military powers.
