U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter Reportedly Turns Down South Korea’s Request For Transfer Of Vital Fighter Jet Technologies

The Korean Fighter Experimental project of South Korea faced problems when U.S. Department State prohibited their contractor to share four key defense technologies. U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, instead, offered to cooperate through 21 other technologies that may be transferred.
