BTS's Arirang topped Oricon's First-Half 2026 Album and Combined Album rankings simultaneously — a first for any non-Japanese group — while surpassing 700,000 Japanese copies sold, the first overseas male artist to reach that mark in a six-month window since Queen in 2004.
