Just a few weeks after major torrent website ExtraTorrent has shut its doors down for good, a new and "resurrected" ExtraTorrent website has already been making waves. ExtraTorrent.cd has been widely popular amongst torrent enthusiasts, so popular that is has registered up to 10 million regular site visitors.
