BABYMONSTER's first world tour, "Hello Monsters," drew about 300,000 fans across 32 shows in 20 cities last year, the JoongAng Daily reported. "CHOOM," named for their third mini album released May 4, was announced as 27 Asia and Oceania shows in 18 cities, and later added dates. It includes the group's first dome show, at Kyocera Dome Osaka on September 22 and 23. The group's Spotify following passed 9 million this week, allkpop reported, the fastest among fifth-generation K-pop groups.
After Jakarta, the next fixed date is October 23, when the new release arrives. YG has not said whether it is a single, a digital release or an album.
