Supermodel Janice Dickinson's defamation case against Bill Cosby's disposition is scheduled on Nov. 23 in Boston, said Lisa Bloom, Dickinson's attorney reported by ET.

Martin Singer, Cosby's lawyer said Dickinson's claims are a complete lie. The former "Americas Next Top Model" judge said that the comedian had drugged and raped her in 1982.

Cosby, now 78, offered the model help with her career. The comedian offered a possible role on his sitcom, "The Cosby Show."

During the meeting, he gave her wine and a pill, claimed Dickinson. And the next day, the supermodel woke up without pajamas.

Debra Katz Weintraub of the Los Angeles Superior Court is the presiding judge in the case and has ordered that Cosby and his lawyer Singer be deposed in a ruling earlier this month, according to Huffington Post.

More than 50 women have accused the comedian of sexual assault and he has denied all accusations and has never been charged with a crime.

Attorney Gloria Allred, who is Lisa Bloom's mother, deposed Cosby last month, in a lawsuit by Judy Huth, who alleges that Cosby molested her at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15, said LA Times.

Cosby is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and author. He produced and starred in "The Cosby Show," which aired from 1984 to 1992 and was the number one show in America for five years.

The actor created, produced the animated comedy television series "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids." The show ran from 1972 to 1985. The series centered on a group of young friends growing up in an urban area.

Comedian Bill Cosby, has been the subject of publicized sexual assaults since 2000, either rape, drugged, sexual battery and sexual misconduct.

As recently as September, aside from Janice Dickinson, three new accusers have come forward. The women are Lisa Christie, Sharon Van Ert and Pamela Abeyta.
