Among the highlights of last Sunday's Golden Globes involved Leonardo DiCaprio and Lady Gaga. Both won acting recognitions for their respective roles in "The Revenant" and "American Horror Story." However, what made them trend early this week was the look DiCaprio gave when the singer passed by.

In a backstage interview with Entertainment Tonight, DiCaprio and director Alejandro González Iñárritu both laughed at the moment. "Oh lord - that's trending, huh?" the actor said.

He then explained, "I just didn't know what was passing me, that's all!"

Although it seems unlikely that the two will meet again for a project soon, Leonardo DiCaprio might be linked to the "Poker Face" singer's career earlier than fans expected.

DiCaprio is set to reunite with Martin Scorsese in a chilling movie based on Erik Larson's best-selling book "The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair That Changed America," which is focused in the life of infamous murderer H.H. Holmes.

As reported by Vanity Fair, Holmes admitted to killing 27 women, but is believed to have slaughtered up to 200 victims. "American Horror Story: Hotel" fans are probably well-acquainted with his deeds as he was part of the Mr. March chapter, the role characterized by Evan Peters and partnered with Lady Gaga's as her husband.

"The structure had gas lines that fed into rooms, enormous furnaces, lime and acid pits, and large vaults where Holmes tortured, suffocated, and strangled his victims. All the while decked out in the natty attire of a well-to-do 19th-century gentleman," the site described.

Once this movie pushes through, Bill the Butcher might seem like a tamed creature compared to H.H. Holmes. Among the films that DiCaprio and Scorsese have collaborated in include "The Wolf of Wall Street," "The Departed," and "Gangs of New York."

With Martin Scorsese's new movie based on H.H. Holmes or Mr. March in "American Horror Story," could Leonardo DiCaprio and Lady Gaga finally have a close encounter after the Golden Globes incident?
